For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "bat77" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us": Refers to bat77, its operating entity, website at bat77.asia, and all associated services, products, games, and promotional offers made available to registered users.
• "Player" / "User" / "You": Refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the bat77 platform in any capacity, including browsing, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.
• "Account": The unique registered user profile created by a Player on bat77, linked to a single Pakistani mobile number and/or email address, and denominated in PKR.
• "Real Money Balance": The PKR funds deposited by a Player into their bat77 account through an approved payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds": Any promotional credits, free spins monetary equivalents, cashback amounts, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's account by bat77 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement": The total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Services": All gaming products offered on bat77, including but not limited to cricket betting, live dealer casino games, video slots, crash games, and mines games.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): The identity and age verification process conducted by bat77 pursuant to its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments.

By creating a bat77 account, completing any deposit, or placing any wager on the bat77 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance is also implied by continued use of bat77 following any published amendment to these Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with bat77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bat77. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

bat77 reserves the right to decline registration applications, suspend existing accounts, or void any bet or transaction at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been, or are being, violated.

To be eligible to register and use bat77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bat77 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and will conduct age verification before permitting any deposit or game access.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing bat77 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where bat77 has indicated it does not accept players.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bat77 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, or contractor of bat77, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, mobile number, and email address — is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

bat77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence (government-issued CNIC, utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent) to verify any or all of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days of request may result in account suspension and fund withholding pending resolution.

One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active bat77 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bat77 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein upon detection of multi-accounting.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat77 username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. bat77 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your password or OTP. If you receive any such communication claiming to be from bat77, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

Account Activity: bat77 accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. bat77 will provide written notice via email before applying any dormancy administration fee, which shall not exceed Rs 500 per month. Any remaining balance at the time of dormancy fee application is subject to forfeiture after 24 months of continuous inactivity unless the Player contacts bat77 to reactivate.

bat77 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank Online. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bat77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in the same name as the bat77 account holder.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the bat77 deposit page at the time of transaction. bat77 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which bat77 bears no responsibility.

bat77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the source payment method if KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the deposit originates from a payment method not registered in the Player's name.

Withdrawal requests may only be made for Real Money Balance — funds constituting Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable. bat77 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. In cases where the deposit method does not support inbound transfers (e.g., certain bank-issued cards), bat77 may request an alternative verified PKR account.

Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: Typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to bank processing schedules.

bat77 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC or source of funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During this review period, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 7 business days. Players will be notified by email if additional documentation is required.

bat77 does not charge a fee on withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly limits are displayed within the bat77 account withdrawal section and are subject to change with 7 days' prior notice to affected Players.

bat77 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and event-specific promotions. The specific terms — including bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, and expiry period — are stated in the applicable promotional page and form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus rules applicable to all bat77 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible to receive or wager Bonus Funds.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• The maximum bet permitted while a bonus wagering requirement is in progress is Rs 500 per round or such amount as stated in the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Wagering on progressive jackpot games does not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses are personal to the recipient account and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

All games available on bat77 — including live casino tables, video slots, crash, and mines — use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer outcomes from audited studios operating under internationally recognised gaming standards. bat77 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are independently audited.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during a game round, bat77 reserves the right to void that round and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. bat77 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical error on bat77's platform or on a third-party game provider's system beyond bat77's reasonable control.

For cricket betting and other sports markets, bat77 reserves the right to void markets where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or where market integrity is reasonably in question. Settlement rules for specific market types are available on the bat77 cricket betting page and apply in addition to these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat77. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one bat77 account (multi-accounting).
• Using any form of software, bot, script, exploit, or automated system to interact with bat77's platform in any way.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using bat77 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events listed on bat77.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Allowing or facilitating another person's use of your bat77 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward bat77 staff or other players through any bat77 channel.

bat77 is committed to responsible gaming and considers the well-being of its Players a fundamental obligation — not a regulatory formality. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bat77 Players and may be activated at any time via account settings or by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps that bat77 will enforce as soon as the requested limit is set.
• Loss Limits: Maximum PKR loss thresholds over a defined period, after which further wagering is temporarily disabled.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable in-session notifications reminding Players of time elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary suspension of account access for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the bat77 platform — including but not limited to the bat77 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, promotional materials, software architecture, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bat77 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bat77 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any bat77 content or software.

Unauthorised use of bat77 intellectual property — including scraping bat77 data, recreating bat77's platform interface, or using bat77's branding in any manner — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the bat77 platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bat77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other economic loss arising from use of or inability to use the bat77 platform, even if bat77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bat77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults. bat77 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as promptly as practicable following any outage. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

bat77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — bat77 will provide not less than 7 days' written notice via the email address registered to the Player's account prior to the amendment taking effect.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a provision, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on the bat77 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued use of bat77 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

bat77 may suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account — with or without prior notice at its discretion — in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct provisions of Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request by the Player through the Responsible Gaming channel.
• A legally valid third-party exclusion order (e.g., from a responsible gaming authority).
• bat77's commercial decision to withdraw its services from the Player's jurisdiction.

Upon account termination for breach, bat77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any withdrawable Real Money Balance shall be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returnable upon termination for breach.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any bat77 service, transaction, or decision, you must first submit the complaint in writing to bat77's support team at [email protected]. bat77 aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If the internal dispute resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome, bat77's dispute escalation mechanism will be detailed in bat77's response to your complaint. bat77 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and transparently.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bat77's operating jurisdiction under the international gaming framework under which bat77 is licensed. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal disputes process.
